[UPDATE] Hugh McIntyre VM update I swear i searched!
If you call Hugh McIntyre's voicemail, you get an error saying that the number is no longer in service, followed by an error code: 3-G3TC1

Tried putting the "3-G3TC1" in every text box I could find on the site. No dice. I'm a novice, though, so maybe I'm missing something.

And we're sure this is error code is part of the game and not just the normal type of message you get when you call a number that has been disconnected?

the UK number says "due to unforseen circumstances, this line has been closed"
edited to clarify:
that's the Hanso Foundation number as a whole. Not just the voicemail.

After a quick research of the error code, (*Cough* Google Search *Cough Cough*), which leads to this page referencing "G3TC1-22" as an AT&T error code for "No longer in service". This post was made back in 2004, leading me to believe that G3TC1 is still an error code for No Longer In Service, either changed between that time and now, or referring to a different form of line being used (Voicemail, phone, fax, etc?).
Sounds very much not like a clue, unfortunately.

hmm, ok
i guess i figured it was in game because it rang for a long time, and it was not the standard "verizon wireless" message that you normally get
dang, and here i thought i was on to something
maybe the PM's are having problems with their phone service

Well since that fellow from Michigan apparently hacked into the VM system for this number and started calling people, I'm guessing the PMs disconnected the line so that no further mishaps could happen. Maybe there'll be another number soon.

I'm on the phone right now listening to the same Hugh McIntyre voicemail i've always listened to. So i'm not sure what you're talking about!

Hi,
This isn't to do with the voicemail for hugh but rather his e-mail... Although it isn't of any use from what I can tell he has replied to me.
What I sent him:
Quote:
Hi Hugh,
We met a while ago at a broadcast convention, I told you about us planning
on doing a show about various charitable foundations. You were verry keen
for us to feature the Hanso foundation... Well I'm getting ready to pitch
this to the execs now so if you could send me more info on some of your
projects it would really help me push this through.
Thanks for your time,
T. Taylor
What he sent me:
Quote:
Dear Mr. Taylor,
I don't recall meeting you. However, if you want to feature the Foundation, our website
should provide enough material for a successful pitch.
Namaste,
Hugh
Just to say that Hugh appears to be awnsering his e-mails.

Yes, there's a thread here about him answering his emails now. Interestingly, however, this is the first one that makes me doubt it's purely driven by keyword-matching autoresponders.

For future discussion on email replies from Hugh, please refer to this thread.
Thanks!
