Would either of you provide the rest of us who are still... ...a little hint?
And congratulations!
I hope the answer isn't seals.

Yup the one on the previous page is still there with the start of the theory.
He had responded to the "seals" question a few posts up (it's not the answer ) and said that Magmas revelation was the key. That post went walkabout

Hi - I am Ron53
I have not posted a clue as I am waiting for Relish to post his solve.
I was in the right place at the right time...
All credit for the solve goes to Relish - sadly he is stuck at work without his card so could not get the first solve.
ManleyM (who solved the card independently) has sportingly agreed to let Relish get his solve in.
Relish should be home after 5pm and I feel sure he will be delighted to offer a hint as he sees fit.
Much as I would like to bask in the glory that is first solve on a Silver, as I said all credit goes to Relish.
Well done Relish...I bet this has been the longest day you have ever spent at work!

yeah, sorry bout all this mess. I posted a guess earlier to the answer but couldnt try it as i was in work and didnt have my cards, Stratman tried it and it was correct and pmed me. He thoughtfully suggested that he wouldnt post an answer so i could get on the board. Manley M also agreed (even though he solved it on his own) so i edited my earlier post to hide the answer.
i wont post the answer cos that really annoys some people but heres a hint
hint1
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
perhaps the greeks arent the right ancient people to be looking at

Arrrrrrgggggggghhh been staring at this topic all day reading up on Gaea type stuff (she had a rough life) I am sure I can picture what Relish had written but it's now gone so off on a trail with that first hint.
Agree that hints rather than answers are the way to go. There goes my Saturday evening.

Just enough of a clue. I was staring at some of the earlier information and that tipped me over the edge
