I think that "who is running this place" is by far the most likely solution. "login hunch was pristine" and other anagrams don't make a lick of sense.

Keep it simple. Don't overthink it.
ROT stuff is pretty complex for even the average viewer.
It may be complex for the average viewer, but then again the average viewer won't even get the connection between the Hanso Foundation commercial and the ARG. ..But have you seen the other fan websites? People are really out there, with weird scientific theories and stuff. ...
But because we are a cooperative group working together for a common goal, we can achieve something great. ...So don't worry about not "getting" certain aspects of the game, but find a way contribute and be involved.

So glad to read this post...agreed that some of the other theories posted on other sites are "out there" - interesting, yes, but probably way too complex. The producers of the show have always said that the resolution could be explained scientifically - nothing supernatural. I have a hunch that greed and the lust for power are also big factors.
I'm still looking for a way to contribute, though...glad to know that there's hope for me. But does thinking about it obsessively count?

Re: Back to basics Very true jonatj
My second (third by LCP doesn't really count for me:P) time too, and very well said!. I've done a live drop too (and getting 'in character' for it too )and it is something amazing.
I'd hope we get one for Lost hopefully

Its obvious once we've seen it - I know I'm useless at anagrams but how didn't we see it before?!!

This probably explains why I can't access the Hanso Foundation site right now at all. I just get the little loading screen stuck on 46% and sometimes intermittently flashing "the numbers." But no progress.

Couple of things the Cheltenham Brits would really like to offer the snowy computer screen on the sublyminol site do not have to be clicked randomly click them in order of the numbers 4 8 15 16 23 42.
Also new feature tot he site we have just found under
ACTIVE PROJECTS
go to
MENTAL HEALTH APPEAL
and click INQUIRE today
without doubt the next password screen - no previous passwords work but the hanso cryo genic bit must be a clue? maybe the name of one of the staff??

Hi Nathan. I'm pretty sure this has been covered in another thread, but I am too lazy to dig up the link. Basically, at this point there are several clickable areas that lead to nowhere as of yet as well as a few places that may/may not require some sort of UN/PW that has yet to be uncovered.
