Add the number in the 'add' row to the column number to get the card number.

The other, slightly easier option (easier than me typing and formatting that lot at least) is to download Buzman's fantabulous Card Manager application from here - it integrates with the PerplexCity Trades site too, so it's all shiny n'stuff. I'll do another list like this for Wave 4 when it arrives, but the Card Manager is just another route that you might like to take.
