We do not curently have that phrase yet. Or if we do, we are not aware of it.

Well its been a year since my last Arg so i think ill roll up my sleeves and jump in (need to remember all those utility links now lol)

I think we have missed something simply because of the wording on the default page

How we got here:

We went to ONE-EYE.html. There's some binary at the bottom. Translated, it's mostly gibberish, except for "W17 H24" at the end. Removing the sensical bit of binary, there was exactly enough characters for a 17x24 grid. The 1s in the grid form the image above.
