Question:
There are 22 numbers but 30 characters (not counting the 2 =). Is this par for the course when translating to base 64?
yes. that is normal.

eehoa I had the thought it might be the username for the Board of Directors page, since we have a password (missing organs) we need to use. No luck so far.

Okay. I was playing with the encoder/decorder posted a couple of posts ago, and I tried encoding the string we got back into decimal. And then I tried subtracting letters one by one and seeing how the decimal encoding changed. And sometimes it didn't change at all until I subtracted a few letters.
So is it possible that the original message was messed up simply because it was encoded into decimal and then decoded back to base 64? Could there be extra letters in there?
Excuse my base 64 ignorance.

Not sure about all of it, but I see an instruction to "do not rely on" something in there.

Yeah, it takes three numbers to make four base 64 characters.

I think it would be safe to assume that there are two different things to be gained from this message.
Something = something
and Something = Something.
You know?
I don't think so. Base-64 almost always ends with equals signs.
Oh really? Sorry. Forget about that then!

Well, going off of the Base 64 translation, and then trying out all sorts of possible anagrams.. the only semi-coherent 'message' that I can extract out of the above string is:
DOES ONE EGO ONLY JUST EMULATE HONOR
clearly, she's talking about Hanso

It happens to translate to...
"do not rely on just me go use a hole one"
He he he... A hole. *giggles*
or
"one do not really see me, just go on u ho"
*giggles more*
Obes.

That's a long thing to find an anagram for... Man, I better put some coffee on.
Or, y'know... I could just wait for you guys to figure it out.

Apparently the g== is a codeing error that really means "S"
And the anagram is.
a mouse does not rely on just one hole

which I pulled off of thelostexperienceclues.blogspot.com

I guess someone figured it out:
"A mouse does not rely on just one hole."
That's with one letter error, but the fact that it is an actual quote by Plautus attests to its validity.

Well I can't tell if that kinda sucks (a typo in an anagram puzzle...gee) or is pretty cool: So does this mean that Persephone has another site floating around somewhere??

If I had to guess it means we have what we need to find another way in..

Yeah I would think that they would check their stuff first, unless we decoded wrong.
Either way, I think that there is likely a back door that we are missing to THF. There are several login boxes that we have not had the chance to get into yet.
