EC, I don't think Beglee was in any state to enjoy Daz's spirited effort this year. I thought the lad done good and the song wasn't as bad as the last couple of years' efforts. The whole thing was the usual farce though, I'm sure it was better when you couldn't predict with 95% certainty how every country would vote regardless of the song they produced.
TBH, as a Eurovison stalwart, I might not bother next year, if that Finnish song was the best, I'm glad we're not in Europe.

Is there a similar contest in PPC world?

Okay, I realize that the "webmaster" of this site should be shot for the wretchedness of the site ... but I have to say, the repetition of "razing" at the bottom of each page has started to eat at the back of my mind.

raze:
1. To level to the ground; demolish.
2. To scrape or shave off.
3. (Archaic) To erase.

That is not a good word to be associated with a mine, even if it is a mispelling. Keep a sharp eye out tomorrow (I'd help, but a friend from out of town arrived today ... normally, I would be thrilled ... just the timing stinks).

I particularily noticed the "terrable dangers" in the mines.
What with "terra" being latin for Earth and all...
And...
I find it difficult to imagine that this many spelling errors could POSSIBLY be accidental. You'd have to be so ignorant/mentally handicapped that creating a website would be beyond you, if you wrote in your first language that badly. (Assuming that English/Perplexian is this guy's first language)

Oh, and does anyone else think it's a huge coincidence that Perplexians speak English, exactly the same as us? I wonder how THAT came about...

I detect more than a faint whiff of banana essence about this whole "spooling musteeks" thing. I think that we should just take it as read that the designer is in need of some serious help in the spellcheck department.

If/When Kurt needs assistance later on, we render it...aside from that, unless you've got some sort of compulsion to help illiterate website designers, then um, I'd recommend that you extend your Sunday lie-in until lunchtime.

J

P.S. Read Anna Heath's website for theories on the co-evolution of the English/Perplexian language.

I had too much to drink last nite and gcses tommorrow so im not sure how much help i'm gonna be tonite... so while i still can I'm gonna make a suggestion.

Why doesnt someone make a 3D version of the Map, that way when we're helping Kurt we'd get a much better view of where everyting is and we'd empathise with him more, we'd be able to give better directions etc.
