[UPDATE] WWPDP at THF.org (June 1)

On the "Worldwide Wellness and Prevention Development Program" page of The Hanso Foundation.org, there is a new hidden link within the press release.

Click on the word "miracle", second line of second paragraph.

Anyone have any idea what the password might be?

Edit: Added date of update for clarification - celina63
Edit: Corrected hyperlink - ScarpeGrosse

Why the 'e'? It works for the whole word "miracle".
Other than this word being a reference to the correct password, I have no idea. Seems like we are missing information at the time being?

Good point, you can click on any part of the word "miracle" - I have edited my post accordingly

Update via IRC:

Quote:
<danteIL> okay, so overlaying the two hole3 images (yesterday + today) and you can see D20 on his cheek

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

D20 is the chemical name for "heavy water" (deuterium atoms rather than hydrogen atoms). Making "heavy water" the password for the WWPDP login box

This sends you to Persephone's hack page, where you have a microfiche reader (this can be tricky to navigate. There are two buttons, one on the bottom left, another on the bottom right. The bottom right moves it left and right, the bottom left moves the fiche up and down. Place your mouse over the button and make little swirly motions to make the knobs rotate.) Move through the fiche files and find 2 special pages - when you get close, the screen will get brighter and move things into place.

The second special page (The Hanso retraction of page 1) leads you to another clicky thing.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Click the yellow line -or- the Hanso image in the bottom right corner.

You'll hear a phone ringing. Over to the right of the image reader, there's an answering machine that you can click on.

You'll hear an audio message play.

Quote:
<sapagoo> upshot of the audio - the editor?/owner? or the newspaper claims that Hanso bought the newspaper to keep the "missing organs" story hushed up.
<sapagoo> the editor/owner was talking to "call me persephone"
<sickrubik> so we have two.. hackers or something

also found in the reader files (to get this you have to ignore the "GO BACK" bit that shows up following the audio message, and then swirl your knobs around* again to go down underneath the orangutan page):

Quote:
<sickrubik> "Persephone, if you can read this, I know who you are!"
<sapagoo> where is that?
<sickrubik> it's in the flash
<sickrubik> on the page that uses this image:
<sickrubik> http://whataboutpp.com/lost/upload/images/thehansofoundation/wellness/image13.jpg

After the image goes yellow oozie, you can highlight the words at the top of the page with your mouse.

Aaaand that's about all I know at this point.
Continue on!

* I had to add the knob swirling in again for sapagoo, as he loves it so.

Thanks for the links. On image 9 there seems to be text underneath all of the x's - can anyone see what it says? All I can make out is:

"experimentation and organ har-"
"Hanso ..... wars the dev-"

Anyone ever check the RSS page for updates?

I notice that they list the update to WWPdp at 1:53 pm as:

WWPdp updated
Will global changes in weather cause population centers to shift? Where are new diseases likely to emerge? Which species need protection now before they begin to decline? The Mathematical Forecasting Initiative uses cutting-edge theory to anticipate the twists and turns of humanity's story. Read more…

However, that text is the same as the text for the MFi update at 10:52 am.

Wouldn't the RSS be auto-generated or is it web designer error?

Could persephone be Dr Amy Honale?

Ive been offline for a week so I do not know if this has been mentioned yet...

Also, click on the MFI page, down at the bottom right is a link...to a map...

click on a load of icons and then there is another hidden link with the message:

"she works for the foundation"

Again, I probably deserved to get trouted for this..

I got this so far

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"They told us our son died on the operating table" remarked one of the victims parents on condition of anonymity. To find ----- kept alive by artificial means his organs taken away is a nightmare"

BTW... 'heavy water' is referenced:

Season 2 Spoiler (2x17):
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
on the blast door map near 'The Flame' location.

Says: "Alleged location of aborted #7 - Large number of underground springs/heavy water table"

Edit: added Season 2 spoiler tag. PLEASE REMEMBER that not everyone has seen all of Season 2 and would not appreciate being spoiled! ALSO REMEMBER that the PMs have told us THE GAME HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SHOW, so speculation on what any game clue means in regards to the show is POINTLESS and risks ruining the show for those who haven't seen it.

Nothing happens when I click on "miracle". It appears to be clickable but nothing happens. I'm at www.thf.org and I'm "signed on" under the newsletter page. Any ideas?
