 		[SPEC] Council Meeting regarding status of the Library?
So, Marzent.com says the Council meeting for the Library was supposed to happen on May 16th.

I don't see any mention of the meeting happening or not happening on Aglaura's web site, or any further details on Marzent.com's website.

So, where is the disconnect? Did the meeting happen? Was it postponed?
