[EMAIL] From Klepsydra June 7

Doesnt tell us anything, but just thought I'd let anyone know who sent emails to Klepsydra that they're replying. I asked about people who worked there, and got back;

From locationsSPLATklepsydra.net
Quote:
Dear Jenna,

I'm sorry, but it's against Klepsydra's policy to disclose any information about our medical staff.

If this is an emergency please go directly to your local emergency room.

Sincerely,
Klepsydra.net

I also emailed about the Live Chat; (from internetSPLATklepsydra.net)
Quote:
Dear Ms. #######,

We are working on this system and will update the site with information as soon as we have it.

If this is an emergency please go directly to your local emergency room.

Sincerely,

Martin Gailbraith

A while back I sent an e-mail to Klepsydra asking about alcoholism treatment options for my wife. Just got this back:

Quote:
Dear Mr. Becker,

I understand the anxiety your apparent situation must be causing you,
but
unfortunately we cannot diagnose nor make recommendations of a medical
nature
via email or telephone.

For Information Purposes Only
The following information is not intended for diagnostic purposes.

Klepsydra offers both a short term 30 day alcohol/drug rehabilitation
program as
well as a longer, more comprehensive program for those who have a
history of
relapse or have previously failed a short term program. Both of these
programs
are tailored and monitored by qualified addiction counselors and
medical
professionals with a focus on stabilization, abstinence, and lifestyle
changes.

Our number one standard entry requirement for alcoholic treament is
that the
patient desire the help that is offered through our programming, as our
substance abuse treatment programs are completely voluntary.

If you feel that Klepsydra's rehabilitation programming may be the
answer for
you, then we strongly encourage you to meet with either an addiction
counselor
in your area or family physician for referral to our facility.

If this is an emergency please go directly to your local emergency
room.

Sincerely,

Grady Benson
Admissions Clerk

The line breaks were like that. I doubt there's much in this (other than, you know, ambiance) but you never know.

I also sent an email regarding my wifes nightmares. Got a similar reply.

Quote:
Dear Mr. Briens,

I understand the anxiety your wife's nightmares must be causing for
both of you,
but unfortunately we cannot diagnose nor make recommendations of a medical
nature via email or telephone.

If you feel that Klepsydra may be the answer to your wife's problem, then I
strongly encourage you to meet with your family physician for referral to our
facility.

If this is an emergency please go directly to your local emergency room.

Sincerely,

Grady Benson
Admissions Clerk
