and if that doesn't work and you want the answer (I'm serious - don't read this unless you really want the answer.),

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You're 11 days out if you think the 28th is significant. But funnily enough, you're also exactly 29 days from a known date.

If anyone can help with Abandonment, please put me out of my misery. I tried Biblical referencing (scorpions, slaves, poets, locations from which Israelites returned home) and no joy yet. I wonder about the legends of Gilgamesh, but I'm not sure why it sprang to mind. Something about scorpions and travelling.

Sunrise mixes groan. Only pun of groan I can find is Goran. Now we're thinking about high level tennis players of yesteryear? Using only those letters you get Angora (wrong) and not much else so far as I can see.

Judging by the level of successful zombies, I might also guess that the answer lies in some kind of common fictional context - a story that over 100 zombie geeks have read in enough detail to figure it out quickly. No end of slaves and scorpions and poets in literature, provided you look in the right sort of books.

I guess I'm an idiot because I still can't figure out circle in a spiral. Or Color of Divinity 2. Please help me.

color of divinity II can be solved by looking in the same place the answer for the first one was
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
color of divinity has to do with dungeon and dragons, each color represents a level

circle in a spiral is another story.
read back through these forums, look at all your clues and the answer is there.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
dont look at the amount of time between the last meetings, it is unimportant and I think that is what stumped most people (myself included)

I must be missing something. . .
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I looked up the Dungeons & Dragons editions on wikipedia (where I found the last Color of Divinity answer due to all y'alls help Wink ) and according to the article, Color of Divinity II should be "green". Didn't work. Then I tried using the hex color names, "aqua" or "cyan", but no go either. Anyone else have a better website for the D&D levels? Any help would be appreciated.

Color of Divinity II doesn't ask for a color.

And for Abandonment, in the end, I pretended I was planning a rail tour of England. There are some useful sites out there.

/me smacks his forehead, then readjusts his foily beanie to make sure the "crazies" don't mind-read the answer from his thoughts.

Oy.

Any straight answers for Circle in a Spiral or Abandonment? I can't spend another night up trying to figure them out.

For Abandonment you need just the station.

I still can't get Control The Town though... I guess I'll get it eventually though.

Edit: Got it.. all done now.
