I totally agree! It seems to me that we are getting fed snippits (is that even a word?) of one long podcast in no particular order. Sort of like how we got all of the Gary Troup interview. I'm not convinced that DJ Dan is still with us, but then who would be updating his site?
I guess we'll get a better idea of Dan's situation if and when we hear the first broadcast of DJ Dave (mentioned by name at the end of the 6/01 podcast, and alluded to at the end of today's [6/08 as Dan's "successor"] podcast). Even if DJ Dan has been "erased," at least someone is there to carry the ConspiraSpy banner. Question Question Shocked Surprised

This is way out of left field, but the first thing that came to my mind when hearing the "threatening" caller was that:

Season 2 spoiler (2x14):
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
it sounded a lot like the fake "Henry Gale" from the show.


Any thoughts?

EDIT - Added spoiler tags. Again... please remember to limit discussion about the show since 1.) Not everyone has seen all of Season 2, and 2.) the game is PARALLEL to the show, not a part of it. Thank you. - celina63

 		anticipating the June 12th update for a new DJ Dan podcast
After posting the transcript of the 4th podcast (scroll back a page to see the attachment), I lost the motivation to transcribe the rest myself. Instead, I found a place which has the text from all of the podcasts:

We should probably grab that and save it as a text file stored on our own forums, for future reference.

So, while I'm here (but offline), I'll mention that if we do get a new podcast today (as the DJ Dan site seems to announce), remember to start a new thread and put today's date in the topic. NOTE: it is perfectly acceptible to use one thread for the update if it is all related to a single topic, even though it will probably be a link from a DJ Dan updated page to an external site. (My money is on Verizon storing the podcast today.) Going forward, I'd like to see threads be about a single discussion topic, even if it pulls info from multiple sites. Thanks!

 		I kinda suspected that we wouldn't get a podcast today... Not because of a mistake on the part of the puppetmasters. But because, y'know, DJ Dan has been abducted and killed and all other types of mindless speculation.

It's getting pretty late too...

Maybe I'm right!

Does a lack of scheduled update deserve it's own thread?

(added June 14th, but the later updates are going to be discussed in a new thread, not here, so I might rethink this strategy)
