Like I've said before make sure you do the survey, as well as the chance to get a free game, it means the games will improve based on the feedback.

As long as they get rid of the batch processor, things should be fine. In this first case, having such an unsolvable puzzle at the very beginning of the game really sucked out any forward momentum that they had built up... a lot of people were waiting for the game to start, but when it did, there was nothing to see.

As did I. I told them that I didn't care about the case at all by the time there was a meet up.

Did anyone end up going to the thing in Chicago?

I think the batch processor was not a bad idea, but just badly used.
Had the game been longer i don't think everyone would have minded spending so much time on it. Also if we had other things to solve at the same time people wouldn't have lost interest so quickly.

One thing i would like is the chance of future caches being in the UK. I wouldn't even mind if they have to ask me to go hide them Very Happy
