Her flower bouquet is also:
"Cheap daisies, lavender, lily of the valley ... yellow roses"

All of which are birth month flowers except lavender....

Daisies = April
Lily of the Valley = May
Roses = June

The opening poem on her page has both "Lily" and "Rose" mentioned in it.

I agree that it is in line with the Matrix plot, but I think that someone or something is trying to contact her. This contact probably originates outside of the reality that she knows ..... possibly the unknown man at the fence when the horse froze in motion.

Similar to how Trinity used the white rabbit, this ARG uses animals as well ..... we've seen the cat and now a horse with the same unexplained phenomenon.

Looking at the line drawn across the map of the anomolies, it appears intentional. If they were truly random events, they'd be scattered.

btw .... this is in reference to the Wake Up posts .....

True, but Lavender and Larkspur are two different genus of flowers?

hmmm

Just noted the experience which Dina has suffered is directly related to the "phenomenon of Sleep Paralysis" on Paranormal Research journal.

This is interesting as what happened to Dina seems almost exactly the same as that on PRJ, yet it seems the "witch" or the "it" referred to on Dina's weblog is not just sitting on her chest, but is physically trying to choke her.

Speculation over whether Dina will begin to see Leo Kane professionally?
- suggested by catherwork. Maybe bringing her and ethan into the storyline further.

And over whether Dina is the patient that Leo Kane used for this article - suggested by aab_123

Post your thoughts!

Reference Galore

Sorry to keep referencing lol

but
All these examples of Dina's dreams especially that at dina.thenekodas.com/night.html
The sand slipping through the fingers

Directly refers to the poem
A Dream Within A Dream
By edgar allan poe

Quote:
Take this kiss upon the brow!
And, in parting from you now,
Thus much let me avow-
You are not wrong, who deem
That my days have been a dream;
Yet if hope has flown away
In a night, or in a day,
In a vision, or in none,
Is it therefore the less gone?
All that we see or seem
Is but a dream within a dream.

I stand amid the roar
Of a surf-tormented shore,
And I hold within my hand
Grains of the golden sand-
How few! yet how they creep
Through my fingers to the deep,
While I weep- while I weep!
O God! can I not grasp
Them with a tighter clasp?
O God! can I not save
One from the pitiless wave?
Is all that we see or seem
But a dream within a dream?

Could be another clue to a further .html

I'm seeing Red every where:

Quote:
autumnal

the alarm clock's red display told me that it was not yet
morning, and so I settled back into my bed.

beethoven

There's that weird brown-red darkness, from when I used to close my eyes against the sun and press my fists against my eyeballs.

blueline

Most of the marquees only scroll in red...

night - has no direct references to red, but the text color is a variant of red and of course the redline

It seems the only people who are NOT seeing red are in Caribou National Forest (according to Little-Boxes document 101). Wink Coincidence?

Again dina repeats herself.

Quote:
I awoke from my dream abruptly, startled into wakefulness.

Raising my head,

the alarm clock's red display told me that it was not yet
morning
, and so I settled back into my bed. I laid my head into the smooth, warm indentation in the pillow. But something seemed wrong; a wrongness that nagged at me and which set my teeth on edge. It prevented sleep.

As I lay, motionless lest I make a sound to attract the attention of the nameless night terrors, my blanket began to twitch. Slowly it began to inch its way up my body, and no matter how I struggled, I found myself unable to prevent it covering my face.

It advanced

It pressed down against me, making my eyes feel like they were about to explode with the pressure. As the terror took over I opened my mouth to scream, but all I could feel was the

cloth

filling my mouth, choking me. Waves of hatred and malice swept over me as I lay there powerless, and my only solace was that it would soon be over.

I awoke from my dream abruptly, startled into wakefulness. Raising my head, the alarm clock's red display told me that it was not yet morning.

not yet morning

not yet morning

not yet morning

Why?

For what it's worth, that sounds like playing Diabolo I or II, as the quote from Blizzard suggests.
Not sure if it's important, though. Smile
