Also the raven symbolizes knowledge

The worshippers of Mithras were divided into seven grades, each marking a stage of knowledge in the cult's mysteries. An initiate started as Corax (the Raven), then moved progressively through the stages of Nymphus (bridegroom), Miles (soldier), Leo (lion), Perses (Persian), Heliodromus (Runner of the Sun) before reaching the ultimate grade of Pater (Father). Each grade wore a costume and headmask to symbolize his grade.

That is Summer Solstice. The longest day of the year.

Not sure how to use that here though.

 		Confused...
It seems to me that their e-mail makes a CALL for the darkness. This is probably just interpretation, however. It's almost like they are calling the darkness to come, but for some reason they also pay their respect to the light.

TODAY (the 21st) is the Solstice. So if you're going to write them-- today is the day.
