Sorry, I do think this is completely inappropriate, both in concept and execution. If you do want to "sell" your profile and accumulated leaderboard points, I technically can't stop you, but please take it to eBay or somewhere else outside the boards. Also, as an FYI, if you do use the same username on UF as PXC.com, further posts made on UF from the same profile by a new user are not allowed.

That said, I'm sorry to hear it when players leave the game - good luck!

While I don't see anything in the terms and conditions that explicitly forbid this, I have to say that it doesn't sit right with me. But then who am I? Just some guy. I guess you're free to do what you want, whether or not it gives me the warm fuzzies. I would certainly hope that the winner of your little auction gets all of the cards and Lietmarks, too. Your post says that they are also for sale, but doesn't indicate whether they are included as part of the same user account package or if you are double dipping by selling them separately.

Farewell and good luck with that. I'm sure that some gullible soul is out there wanting to take your identity rather than building up one of their own.

The admins have previously spoken about situations arising like this, and had previously decided that UF is not going to become a location for pandering and selling of cards or identities.

We're fine with players discussing trades (and would refer you to the PXC Trades website for further discussion), but UF will not be a location to provide profit opportunities for sellers, whether they be pimping their ebay auctions or offering other items for sale specifically on UF.
