Episode 2F12: Homer The Clown

In an attempt to impress Don Vittorio (Thus save their lives) Krusty and Homer try a loop-the-loop on a tiny bicycle - it goes horribly wrong and they end up riding on the bar. Homer's head definitely hits a bunch of wine glasses overhead, playing the same music. Just goes to show the Simpsons have already done everything...
