When Eon8 was finally revealed; it turned out not to be an ARG or viral advertisement of any kind, but a mere test on internet reactions to a "don't look here" site.

Just figured I would pull this off of the site

Wow, this is amazing. We finally got the answer! I've been waiting for this ever since December 2005 and today when I visited the site, I read that it was just an experiment to see how people would react! This website has been discussed over and over at IMDb.com's messageboards (the posts get deleted pretty quickly there so there's no point of posting links to the threads here!)

We have also been posting links and our thoughts of what that site was about (too bad you can't find IMDb threads on Google).

It seems that everything started at a thread over at SandraBullockCentral.com December 26 2005 and people have been spreading the word ever since. Amazing.

 		Thanks for posting, but you might want to check out the Eon8 forums where all info on Eon8 is collected in one place (and where I moved this thread to too).
