Okay, if you know that you probably know you are dealing with:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
norse sagas
.
As GinsengHoney mentioned on the Zombie forums, you can wikipedia the above words to find a page that mentions it directly.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Not the "steed" directly, but the saga which mentions the "steed". Don't trust the summary of the saga (on Wikipedia) to mention something as obscure as the name of what someone "rode". It's good, but not that good.
hint:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
When looking for sagas, always remember the title of the puzzle "L'Anse aux Meadows" has to do with Leif Ericcson. What was his nationality?

If you google: Glam, "rode on" exactly as it is written, you can find it on the first or second page of Google.

I can honestly say that I have wasted way too much time of V@mpires.
I have worked all the cryptic crossword clues and, being an American, am not as comfortable with cryptic crosswords. We don't see them very often here.
Can anyone either PM some very obvious hints or possibly the solution. I have only been at the hair ripping stage once before but now I am at the totally brain dead stage.
Thanks!
