Our friend Keith, specifically. Guess this is why he's in hiding.

If they think he has a piece of one of the masks...do you think he sent us the other pieces? Just a thought...

 		I think the piece of paper is a drawing of the 307 symbol.

As far as what he's sent out, I'm thinking more along the lines of a copy of the video he recorded.
