ABCFamily's Madacorp picture

The old lady's picture looks like it was cropped into the picture, doesn't it? The background looks blurry behind her, but clear on the other two.

Plus, did anyone notice on last night's episode that the guy in the car (don't remember his name) had scratches on his right hand, shown right after Nicole Trager mentioned how the murderer would have shown signs of a struggle? Hmm...

Sorry I'm posting again. You cannot comment at the MADa Blog; I tried.

I haven't seen the 3rd episode, but this "Man who is watching" sounds like the guy in the truck, doesn't it?

I tried a couple ofthings in the employee login, just some random letters andKyle XY but all it does is gives youa popup saying thatyour login is incorrect and it will report all incorrect entries to the Mada Corp.

A couple thoughts

OK very new at this, I would never have seen all this if a wierd commercial during the show sent me running to the commputer.

The fish refered to earlyer by Treesong has two differnt nurturing methods. Some speicies lay eggs and leave them, some make a nest and gaurd the eggs. Being in an egg in a nest--like being folded up in a tub?

Also, as to J.Smith scratches, a quote somewhere said something like "scraching the surface revaels the difficult to distroy"

My guess so far is that we are looking at a fountain of youth project, so perhaps the pertant question isn't who is Kyle but who WAS Kyle.

For what all that is worth.

An alternate version of this theory would be transference of a mind from one body to another grown in a test tube, hence the no bellybutton thing.

Welcome to Unfiction and the Kyle XY ARG, Cyn! I like the theory. We'll see if it holds.

i'm not playing, just lurking around a few games. and from what i've read that seems the most plausible.

Absolutly, that's what I was thinking. Perhaps a new, more talented body? Your conciousness with an infussion of artistic, linguistic, an mathmaticle ability?? Of course that baggs the question, how much can you add to yourself and still be you...could lead to instability in some ya think?

The image in the puzzle must be significant...

Himay, first off welcome to Unfiction!

My take on this image when I watched the episode was that this was just indicative of Kyle's brainpower. He was able to assemble a 1000 (?) piece puzzle in just minutes (hence the applause of the people around him). I have a hard time accepting that as a clue consider the puzzle was found in the waiting room of the doctor's office where the mother took Kyle to be examined.

However, I've been wrong before. If this is a clue, good spotting. Also, good job freezing the images for the other clues. Those could very easily be useful later.
I NOTICED THIS IN THE PUZZLE PICTURE

They spell out: RED DESNT ALWAYS MEAN STOP. This is mentioned later in the entry too. But what does it mean?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
In the source code (at the bottom) there is a link that is supposed to go to http://www.google.com. With that information at hand, I decided to do a google search for "red doesn't always mean stop" and the first thing that pops up is a book relating to "Trackside Railroad Signals".

I did some more searching on the subject and found this...

Quote:
Although red usually means "Stop," and a lot of the signal indications given include a red light, someone once said, "If it's not all red, it's not red at all." What does that mean to you? It means unless every head on a multi-headed signal is red (thereby meaning "Stop"), then it's not a "Stop" signal at all but something less than "Stop."

I am not sure what the connection to all of this is, but I'm sure that it means something.

btw, if you click just above that little line at the bottom of the page the whole conversation pops up again. Smile

EDIT: About our little "GuessWho1962"... I found this.

Quote:
The Guess Who started out as a local Winnipeg band in 1962 called Chad Allan and the Reflections (later changed to Chad Allan and the Expressions). Each of the members of the band were born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Burton Cummings replaced Chad Allan as singer and keyboarder, and leader of the band in 1965. The band signed with Quality Records, and had first hit with "Shakin' All Over", which reached #1 in Canada and #22 in the U.S. Strangely the name The Guess Who came when on the album for the record "Shakin' All Over", when radio stations refused to play their music because they were Canadian. The record company then pulled a stunt, putting a plain white cover with the words "Guess Who?" on it, trying to capitalize on curiosity. The plan worked and the album sold over 2 million copies, and after that the group got its name, The Guess Who. As the group's lineup changed, so did their sound. 1969's "These Eyes" was the group's first Top Ten hit under new group leader Burton Cummings and their new label RCA Records. By the beginning of the 1970s, the group moved towards an edgier hard-rock sound with the album American Woman, whose title track, "American Woman" was their only #1 hit in the U.S., and the Top Ten hit "No Time".

So maybe his name is Chad Allan?

Re: NEW: The Kyle/MADA plot thickens

Treesong wrote:
Good to hear that I'm not the only one on the trail. Smile Here's the latest I've figured out...

We've already got at least one or two puzzles going on herehere.

The IM message on the secret MADA blog.

This appeared the first time that I loaded the blog. Then, it wouldn't appear for me anymore -- until I went to a new computer. So, you should be able to view it once, but probably only once, on your own computer.

The informant's screen name is GuessWho1962. This makes me wonder if maybe s/he was born in 1962. Of course, that'd be tipping their hand to whoever's pursuing them -- but if they're already locked out of the system anyway, they may not be too worried about that.

Then, there's the message itself. "...is that you?" seems to imply that there's someone out there who the informant is seeking to leak the info to. "meet me here again soon when all is clear" seems to imply that this website will be updated soon -- either before the next episode, or maybe during/after it. And "watch the signs"... there's probably something clue-related about that, whether it means looking out for curious symbols/clues or literal "signs" (street signs, etc.).

The blog entries.

The first blog entry is on June 26, corresponding to the first episode of Kyle XY. So, in theory, they probably made it possible to find this site after the first episode. Either nobody found it, or I couldn't find the posts of whoever found it. The second blog entry is today, so that makes me think that there will be one each week or so, at least until our poor informant friend is discovered. Either way, it's pretty interesting content. A few things jump out at me:

*** ENTRY 1: "I have to get into the server but they've locked me out." I'll bet we'll eventually find a way to the server and try to crack the code to get into it.

*** ENTRY 2: "Rutilus Es Does Dominion Ever Solemn Now Tethered ALWAYS Man Endless After Now See Truth Out Prometheus." This is definitely some sort of word puzzle. Look at the first letters of each word. They spell out: RED DESNT ALWAYS MEAN STOP. This is mentioned later in the entry too. But what does it mean?

*** ENTRY 2: Document. This appears to be a document related to Kyle's discovery. But the fact that portions are blacked out leads me to believe that the document is part of the cover up of whatever it is that MADA Corp is up to.

*** ENTRY 2: Tragers. Maybe Kyle is only one of multiple beings like himself called the Tragers. This is just speculation, but it would fit with the informant's description of them as kind, naive, etc. There's also the fact that Kyle just solved a jigsaw puzzle in this episode, which is kinda an allusion to the fact that the Tragers don't know what the puzzle is yet. But maybe Kyle is stumbling into it because he's out in the world?

*** ENTRY 2: "Remember that one line joins another to reveal an image but not the whole picture." I can't remember her name, but the woman helping Kyle mentioned that one of his drawings had an unusual and seemingly extraneous line on it. Maybe if we can get a good look at Kyle's drawing(s), we'll see an extra clue related to this line. Kyle is also watching the skies intuitively, so that seems to tie in with the idea of watching the skies, but not being fooled. Maybe it's going to appear that Kyle is an alien through some sort of evidence... "watch the skies"... but in fact he is related to some sort of MADA research and the alien theme is a red herring... "Don't be fooled?" Pure speculation, but hey...

*** ENTRY 2: "Wol parn nen" is probably a word puzzle too. No luck figuring that out yet... anagram, maybe? I don't think it's an actual name or a non-English language, but I only know anything in-depth about 2-3 languages...

Anyway, that's all I have for now. Let me know if you discover any more clues, and I'll do the same. We must help Kyle and this mysterious informant friend of his... Smile[/b]

AND CLUES KEEP ROLING IN NOTICE IN THE MADA BLOG HERES WHAT I FOUND...........Beware of the man following Kyle. Train your eyes on him and remember the lone watcher can't see the whole truth. I can't tell you his name but I "BEAR" the mark of someone who has crossed his path. He is a powerful link in the chain of events that have brought us to this point and he will do whatever it takes to accomplish his mission. And he is not alone!

HE/SHE SPELLED IT GRIZZLY BEAR SO I TOOK NOTE OF THE PERSON IN THIS FORUM WHO STATED ABOUT LOOK OUT FOR SIGNS LIKE THAT COULD BE ROAD SIGNS OR SIGNS INGENERAL SO I WENT TO ABCFAMILY.COM AND WATCHED THE FIRST EPISODE AND WHEN HE FIRST GOSE INTO THE CITY NAKED HE STUMBLES UPON A SIGN WITH A "BEAR" PICTURE AND UNDER IT IT SAYS FISHING AKA SOMEONE WAS SPEAKING OF FISH EARLIER WHEN THEM MOM WAS TALKING TO THE DAD ON THE PHONE ASKING IF SHE NEEDED HIM HOME TO HELP OUT WHEN HE LEANS UP THERES A BREAKING NEWS STORY ABOUT A TEENAGE GIRL WASHING UP HAVING NO MEMORY OF HOW SHE GOT THERE SO THERES SOME MORE THINGS TO PONDER

Welcome to Unfiction. Glad you're here and posting. You seem like the enthusiastic sort, which isn't a bad thing Smile However, I'd just like to point out a few things for you. First of all, the search function is your friend. The binary in the puzzle was already mentioned here by aviana251

Not quite. The password for the computer on the clue tracker site is

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
act26g

while the case file is ACGT626W. Similar, but not quite the same. They both have a feel for genetic notation in them.

You can also edit what you are quoting to avoid requoting a huge post just to make a small comment about one particular part.

Lastly, we try to save the CAPS for when we are YELLING.

Thanks!!! Enjoy the experience of ARGs.

P.S. I agree, the case file# ACGT626W worked for me as a computer password.
