And a warm welcome to catherwood , who joins the rest of us in demonstrating that she needs more to do at work or whatever.

Man, you guys like to see yourselves speak.
Amazingly I managed to remain in the top three even taking a sabatical for Hurricanes and such.
I still have Kyrstyn beat in ave. # of posts per day (not by much, less than 0.5 post), but I can't keep up with Phae's 4+ currently. Ah for the days when I had more energy. Soon Phae, soon.

Sometimes a busy moderator gets lots of posting when she/he is closing threads in the newbie areas (I think ILB was Phaedra's coming out party). But with Stef back in the CTW fold, we're gonna get lots of history, background material, and spec postings again. Stef should hit 3000 by the endgame

I wasn't a mod for ILB.
But yes, modding does tend to make you post a lot. I had probably slowed down to an average of 1-2 posts a day, and now with PotC, I think I'm at like 10 or so a day.

I've been around since the first few days of the forum, so my post-per-day percentage will probably stay relatively low.
Yeah, I don't think you guys wanna see me post-whore. You'd know it if you saw it.

One of the forums i used to be on was really bad for post whoring...so they made a rule that all posts less than 10 words long got deleted. Of course, that just led to 11 word posts whoring up the board. Now where was i?

Dude, that would rule out all my pithy "Play nice or else" mod posts.

Most people just ended up putting a "Well, um, i was thinking" at the beginning or a "Sincerely yours, me (SirQuady)" at the end of their posts.

Now, if I was like, you know, in the 900's or so...
Note: edited to meet the 11 word rule...
