Yup they met in the dusk of Nickolas' life, but also from the SC site had

I'm asking because I just got 6% with Jasmine.

 		I've got 33% with Jasmine so far - I think the consensus is we aren't posting answers/ clues to the puzzles until people are stuck.

On which point I'm getting nowhere with her third puzzle (picture of chess pieces with writing

anyone help?EDIT: now solved and at 40%, I think there was an error, so I've sent a note off to check. EDIT 2: There was an error, it's now been fixed.

 		you need to remember that the puzzles aren't always in the same order, so I'm not totally sure which you mean - but if it's the ones I think then:

wierd boxes & dots - this is a hard one to think of a clue for but here goes

My Reply: what is your distress? Madame Z had a very traumatizing experience, and everyone was there to see it. Maybe they don't understand your distress. Was Nickolas easily led by pretty eyes before he died? Did he ever cheat on you?

Jasmine's Response: Oh no, darling, nothing like that! Nickolas is very devoted to me. We died together! It was so romantic… You didn't hear something, did you? Oh no, of course not. Everyone knows how devoted we are to each other! Even a passionless businessman could see that. It's merely that... Madame Z, she isn't the only one to be traumatized by that message. It scared me too! That Mr. Emerson, I don't like the way he looks at me. I'm not sure I feel safe here anymore. But does anyone ask me how I am doing? No!

I am glad that I am at Nickolas's side, but I miss… I miss my life. I miss living it up in Paris, or New York, in the places of culture. All I can do in this house is look out on the streets and see, well, lumberjacks walk by! Oh how I wish there was some way to return to my hotels and my parties. I would not need much, just a room set off at a Hilton, all for Nickolas and I, where no mortal would intrude. I would do it, but I have no money. You really cannot take anything with you. It's so distressing
