Putting together New York group - please help!

Having just gotten re-re-reinvolved with PXC (again), I'm picking up where I left off working with Laura to help out the street team.

Even before doing that, however, I'm looking to put together an email list of all the players in and around the new york city area. So whether you're currently playing and just looking to trade cards, or you just want to stay up to date with stuff, or help with promoting PXC, or if you're also interested in putting together independently run puzzle events (which would obviously make the SF event look amateur in comparison Rolling Eyes ), then it'd be awesome if you contacted me.

Plans for what exactly we'll do are up in the air, but a swap-meet for sometime after the 4th wave is released seems like the logical best first step.

Regardless, before any of this happens I need a way to get in contact with people who are interested in being involved, or at least being aware.

You can send me a private message here, or you can send me an email at Ian.WhalenSPLATSPLATgmail.com.

Also don't be frightened if I contact you directly first through one means or another, since I'll also be using the street team frapper, PXC forums, and PXC tags to find people.

Pass this on to your friends. With the number of people living in NYC, I figure we've got to have at least a good number of players lurking around here.

Hi! I live and play in NY too. I think creating a New York group is a great idea. If you need help planning an event, PM me here. Thanks for doing this !

I live in The Other New York. The bigger one, with fFewer people, off to the side a bit. Specifically, I'm in Rochester.

There seems to be a slowly increasing number of fFolx fFrom way out here in Western New York -- Millenium Games on West Henrietta Blvd has started carrying cards (I'm literally jumping out of my skin with excitement about that!), so I would guess we'll be seeing a fFew more locals popping up. So uhm, I guess I want to say, if you aren't fFrom the NYC but you sure would like to be One Of The Cool Kids, then speak up; I'm planning on having a sort of mini-swapmeet sort of event a millenium on Saturday. PM me if you are interested. (Added incentive: if you PM me I will personally buy the fFirst round of drinks, or dinner, or something, because I'm all about the community.)
