Greetings!
We here at Marzent would like to thank the wonderful citizens of Aglaura for their dedication and concern for their community. Although we are disappointed that our latest redevelopment plan was not accepted by the Aglaura Borough Council, we are confident that we will be able to create a new plan which will take into consideration any and all of the concerns put forth by the great citizens of Aglaura. One of the reasons we chose Aglaura was because of its upstanding and honorable citizens. We hope that these citizens will continue to work with us and guide us in our future plans so that we can help Aglaura grow and prosper.

At Marzent - we are changing tomorrow, today!

Construction Update

Construction on Great Water General Hospital is slightly ahead of schedule with a projected opening date set for late Fall or early Winter. All external work is 98% complete and several crews have started work on finishing the interior. The parking lot and landscaping work is due to begin early next week. Marzent has consulted with local landscape horticulturists to ensure that only native plants are used in the landscaping for future ease of care and the preservation of the local habitat.
Last month, a small portion of the hospital was opened as a clinic to help serve the community's needs. Chief of Staff Ralph Simon Upcroft III said, "We're extremely pleased with the progress Marzent has made thus far on the hospital. We saw the immediate need in the community for some level of hospital service so we worked with Marzent to rearrange the construction schedule. This allowed us to open a portion of the hospital to act as an Urgent Care clinic, giving service and jobs to the community."

Uhm, nothing about the fire damage. And of course nothing about a missing nurse wanted for questioning about some mysterious deaths.

Advanced Medical Care
Just what our community needs

The new Great Water General Hospital will be the most advanced medical center in the area, equipped with the latest technology and equipment. Designed around the concept of "High Quality Patient Comfort and Care", the hospital will have all private rooms with windows and a state-of-the-art, computerized phone meal ordering service. GWG nurse, Linda Flores commented, "I'm so excited for the new hospital to open. Working in the UC has been such a pleasant experience. It's so much easier to take care of patients with the new equipment and plenty of space. Already, it's unlike any other hospital I've ever worked at."

Bruce Abbott

Director of Public Relations

Bruce Abbott managed his own successful Web development business from the mid 90s until just last year, when he moved from his studio apartment in the shadow of Manhattans Lincoln Center, to become the Director of Public Relations at Marzent. Bruce lives in Aglaura now with his fiance, Diana and her young daughter, Meaghan.

Favorite Movie: The Long Goodbye
Favorite Book: The Fight, by Norman Mailer
Favorite City: New York
Favorite Food: Frickles one day, Spicy Tuna and Oshinko the next.

The strange font error in Manhattan and fiance is just how it showed up on my computer. What are Frickles? Oshinko? And that picture. I wish I still had the photo of him in the boat from last time Cool even though I know it was just clipart.

More About Bruce
On Aglaura and Marzent
Bruce on Aglaura: I couldnt be happier than I am in this community. Coming from New York City, I was utterly flabbergasted by the kindness and generosity bestowed upon me by the good denizens of this township. Its my duty, no, its my privilege, to have this positionto be a true ambassador of the Marzent corporation, dedicated to maintaining a close-knit relationship with all representatives of the Aglaura community.

Bruce on Marzent: Ive only been with the company a short time, but I cant help but be overwhelmed with Marzents commitment to both community and progress. They have more concern for their hometown than any privately held company in America.

Same font error for punctuation. The link at the bottom to the Aglaura homepage is broke because Aglaura is mispelled as agluranj.org (guess he was rushed). But this is just PR fluff; if you believe his blog then you cannot believe this.

underlined by me
Linda Flores' name appears on the list of people who voted yea for Phase 2 of the Aglaura Redevelopment Plan. (Beneath her name is Hernando Flores, probably related to her.)
It's no surprise that she'd tow the corporate line, eh?

edit to fix typo
