I'm guessing the password came from Fiber's post on ROT

Any photoshop wizards able to figure out what it says on the paper underneath the spider protocol sheet?

To me it looked like a watermark saying "Classified".

I just love how there are two different lengths on the blueprint.

For what it's worth, the orangish map that is visible in the bottom left corner of http://stophanso.rachelblake.com/img/package/2.jpg , behind the Spider Protocol document, is here .

barcode FYI, the barcode on Rachel's new badge:
Picture one is code 3of9 for "Andrew Shea".
We don't know if Andrew knows his badge has been stolen or what.
There are 2 Andrew Shea's in imdb, one's a director, the other an assistant director.

Wait, back up, what? Sorry, I don't quite understand where that comes from...

The barcode?
It's on her fake pass for healthway alliance.
The barcode at the bottom. There are several different kinds of barcodes - UPC, codabar, 3of9/code 39.
Code 3of9 is popular because it encodes numbers and letters.
You can decode it by hand by taking note of the wide and narrow bars.
the Easiest notation is to have capital letters be black bars, and lowercase letters be white bars (ie. spaces).
you should have 3 WIDE bars for every 9 bars.
The tenth bar should always be a narrow white separator. (you don't write that one down).
I decoded the barcode to WnNnNwNnW NnNnWnNwW NnNnWwNnW WnNnNnWwN WnNnWwNnN WwWnNnNnN NnWnNnWwN WnNnNwWnN WnNnWwNnN WnNnNwNnW
then found the wikipedia article on code 39
and translated each letter.
Came out to ANDREW SHEA.

I think I found where the dimensions on the blueprint of the Helgus Antonius came from in this picture on Rachel's blog.
The dimensions at the bottom of the blueprint:
Length o.a. Beam TEU (BRT - not on the blueprint)
321.0 45.6 9200 107200
match exactly the dimensions of one of the largest container ships in the world, the MSC Pamela : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MSC_Pamela
[built in South Korea, by the way]
The dimensions on the right of the blueprint:
Deadweight Tons: 61,441 MT
Length: 294.13M
Width: 32.26M
Draft: 13.50M
Capacity: 4,578 TEU
match exactly the dimensions of another ship, the MOL Enterprise : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MOL_Enterprise
Probably not relevant, but it clarifies how the PMs cobbled together these numbers and why they don't match each other.

What are all these quarantine rooms on the ship for? Surely they're not full of sick Italians from San Remo... Could the ship's purpose be to pick up (a lot) of people? Perhaps people that became contagious because of involvement with Hanso projects? People who have been isolated in various locations? Maybe the goal is to try to cure whoever it is needs to be quarantined. Although, when I contemplate rationally instead of in speculation mode, this is not likely. Since as we know, (fictional) horrible and nefarious medical experiments are far more entertaining.
