I just got a reply from Todd. I lost the email i sent him but i just let him know that we were trying to help and i sent him the info we have.

I was just looking over Beth's website and i noticed something that seems a little odd

In the fields of psychology Napoleon complex is a term used to describe a type of inferiority complex suffered by people who are short. The term is also used more generally to describe people who are driven by a perceived handicap to overcompensate in other aspects of their lives.
I'm not sure that Napoleon complex fits here, if so that might prove that she is the liar.

I've heard it most often used to describe "authority figures" like the cop who's just being a jerk because he can. People who live to exert their perceived control over others.

Personally I've heard the term used the same way as Rogi suggest. For someone who is trying to make other's perceive they are the figure in power. And they take full and complete advantage in being in such a position.

So, Todd finished pray and said, "I'm ready." He walked over to the stocks. Eric yells "Wait! The on-line people want to put Blade in the stocks, and have Todd kill her." Blade walks over and slaps him in the face. Eric goes flying. "I can't take a life." Said Todd. "I'm ready lets do this." We all got teary eyed as we said our good-byes and Todd told us not to worry. Anthony helped him into the stocks, and closed it. Blade, yanks on the rope and the blade come sliding down, stops, just short of Todds neck. We then the sound of electricity and Blade flys acrossed the room and slams into Eric. Eric in a daze sits up and says "That was unexspected" "Eric, get up! I think Blade needs help!" I scream. "I don't think so." Said Barry standing over her body. We walk over to see Blade all fried. "I guess the rope became electified when you pulled it." Said Eric. "Look at all those wires and cercet boards." Said Candy. So I guess that answered that question. "Hello!" Todd yelled stuck in the stocks. Me and Anthony run back over and let him lose. I look back over at Blade as Cand and Eric go though her pockets. I yell, "What are you doing. Cnady jumps and drops a piece of paper. Barry picks it up and looks at it. "Blades card." He say. I have it here now, here is her shhh... message.

I working on both messages now. I think i know what to do for the first one but the second is odd. Maybe it will tell us how to decode Eric's message.

The first is the usual dont tell too much about yourself.
The second, you remove the PO's then read backwards. "The one who cheats death shall bring death"

Ok Purely spec but i believe Blades card may be telling us how many people will die in each round...

Not sure why the x-x and x-y is such though.

Just realised how dumb i was and that shouldn't had the apostrophe with on letter after not two. I still think the key to this puzzle is finding what word does have 2 letters after the apostrophe then backtracking.

It's paired. Each pair of letters corresponds to one letter. The pairs are equidistant from the middle of the alphabet (example: mn, by). Working on the translation now.

I just go an email from Todd. I guess this explains his message.

I don't know what to tell him. I'm still trying to decide between Beth, Eric and Anthony. I have a feeling that no matter who we choose this won't go to plan, Todd may kill himself or something else will happen.

Eric- He still stays on top of my list. He punched me and broke my nose. I know it's broke, I've broken it before. I asked him to set it, and he just kinda grabbed it harshly. Barry- He is being WAY to quiet. Hence I can't learn anything about him. The stutter also sounds kinda fake to me.
Todd- Just had a thought, Todd felt really good about the idea that he would be in the guillotine. Why? Because he believes he is going to Heaven, or because he knew he wouldn't die. Not only that, but then get a gun.
Beth- I know I shouldn't trust anyone, but I trust her in spite of myself. She is good at getting information from people. She even helps stop me from getting to angry.

So IT'S A BOY! IT'S A GIRL! I think that means I want the pink pill, and I'm getting it. You know at this point I just might kill the person who did this with my bear hands, just give me the word.

Since yesterday Eric and Anthony have dropped to the bottom of my list. I don't like either of them but they both seem too obvious to be the killer. I can't make my mind up about the others. I don't like to think it would be Todd but he is just a bit too good.
