 		[OFFTOPC] Need help with this encoding
Hey I was wondering if someone could just help me figure out what type of encoding this message is in. I'm new to encoding, but i opened it in a hex editor and couldn't figure it out and have search online to learn about encoding but i still can't figure it out. I thought it was somewhere in the hex, dec range.

ANy ideas?

1) what does this have to do with this website, or the Metacortechs game?

It's a UUE encoding of a zip file.

Honestly, if you can't even get past the first stage of a hacking game, maybe you shouldn't be randomly begging for help on boards which you have never posted before.
