I think he's referring to the "In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king" saying (something close to that, anyway).

I sent an email reminding him to check the car for electronic bugs - since it's likely the Crowley he's referring to is the Crypto researcher.

crowley is also the frontman of caine's band. are we sure he's the same one as someone on the crypto team? otherwise, why did caine go to nev and not him first?
