Any new ARG's, not more than a couple weeks old?

Take a look at the "News & Rumors" forum. That generally has ones people are not sure if it is an ARG or not. If it turns out to be an ARG, then you'll have gotten to it in its infancy. If not, not much lost. If a new ARG from a known developer is going to come out, it will be mentioned there.

A little more developed ARGs are in "ARGs with Potential." Currently there are three threads listed there: XCCR, Syst3m, and House of Chthon. The last one looks to maybe be more of an advertisment for Spike TV's "Blade: The Series" than an actual ARG, but maybe they're waiting for the show to ramp up before they go active.

Another possible place to look would be the Studio Cypher forum. From the little I can tell, you have to pay but they run ARGs that seem to run in short bursts. Others can tell you about them ... there's seemingly an undercurrent of displeasure with regards to SC, but I'm not sure of the reason. I do know they are starting up another one shortly.
