Correct me if I'm getting something wrong, because I'm just jumping in here without being a part of any of the earlier stuff, sadly, but would it be possible that beth is the lair, and therefore making the whole "Jail" thing a lie? Or is the "Liar" something more specific...but I haven't seen anything like that, but please correct me if I'm mistaken somehow.

We just had a chat with Eric and then Barry. We were just about to tell them who the killer is and... they got cut off.

And before i had time to post about it Eric came back.
This is how it turned out:
Liar: Eric
Shy: Barry
Doctor: Beth
Killer: Todd
We killed Beth and Todd and it turned out that we overlooked loads of clues.
I was a great game, i really enjoyed it.

The logs are very long so i have attached them. I have separated them into 3 sections; before they got cut off, the grand finale and the PM chat.

Sorry i couldnt be there at the end, my service provider stopped providing. Hey ho. Ok then my two cents:

1. Never use freewebs, it puts a lot of people off because if you cant pay the nominal fee then maybe the rest of the game wont be quite up to scratch. Freewebs tend to explode more quickly so it was nice that this one didnt.

2. I didnt really connect with any of the characters, whether or not that was because they didnt have an obvious history or simply because they were not talking to us too much. Either way I didnt feel to bothered about losing a few along the way.

3. Never rely on one person as your point of contact in a game, anything can happen to them in RL and suddenly you are without your main lynchpin of the game.

Think thats it, grats on your first game, was a fun ride and good luck in the future.

Well it's too bad the ARGN post was made today, after the game is over. I wonder how we will hear about future events, if any.

This was a fun one to watch and (albeit half-assedly) participate in. It definitely played out well and for a bit, even had me speculating that this could be the premise of Saw III. Imagine doing the ARG like this, then writing the movie based on how the ARG played out, with us being the "people in the computer."

Anyway, grats on the first game. It was fun and I look forward to what else you have in store.

Thanks guys! Great game. Thanks so much for playing. Russ, totally agree. I'm writing a big thing on the PM board about the game. I know it is only my first time PMing, but that board needs an update, so check that out.

You know it is funny, I made The Message Center so I could launch ARGs because I figured I would never get on ARGN.com, and here I am.

Any way I know freewebs sucks. And I know trying to sells something off of it is even dumber, but if you read that chat log, at 2 in the morning in seemed like a good way to pay for college (P.S. I'm still for sale.)

Lastly, HA HA HA. ARGN called Tallerbird a boy too. I'm not the only one!
