Okay, what if I never, EVER, saw the Matrix. I have been thinking about that? At the very least characters seem to be slave to something. Be it a dreamworld, a digital world, something. While this has a lot to do with paranormal activity there's still a lot of weirdness going on with the digital aspect of it. How does the Aquapolis fit into this whole plot if this is just another X-Files episode? Dina. Dina is video taping a screwy message in the subway station that says "Wake up". And yet she knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was in fact awake. So what does she need to wake up from? Was the message for inspiration for one of the homeless people sleeping in the subway station? "Come on buddy, wake up, keep tryin' you can do it. The right job is out there for ya."

I know I said I wouldn't touch this. But at the very least I think the characters in this story are a slave to something. (Dark City anyone?). The Matrix is not the only movie out there that depicts the race of humans being held under slavery. It might not be "The Matrix", but it might be a tribute, as "The Matrix" itself was a tribute to "Ghost in the Shell"

Alright, I am back. Wow, lots of responses, good stuff.
Bakntime, about the wallpaper, I was talking about the one with the binary in it. I know someone decoded the binary, but isn't it like the WBs to put forth something somewhat obvious, and then put something even deeper. I was just attacking from a different angle. But does anyone else see the ripples like Neo taking off?

I also want to point out most of you didn't get the point I was trying to make with this post. I was wanting us to go ahead and backtrack(paradox). Take for instance the desktop pic, you all want to know what the icon is. But look at the time, it says 1:12 refering to peter 1:12

end of the day...this is matrix related whether people like/except it or not...the same company from matrix, the same character called thomas anderson is included, lots of paranormal things that cant seem to be explained, and most sound exactly like the matrix is glitching...everything shows that at least dina doesnt feel right about the world. C'mon we know this is linked to the matrix, if the PM's read this...they'll be like "wtf, they arent even sure if its a matrix spin-off yet...geez which game are they playing?!"

The only question, is how much its linked to the matrix...it doesnt have to be linked to the films at all, and i hope it isnt...id rather it just be a story that is happening inside the matrix...the glitches and software company are the main thing to do with the matrix that the story is based on, it hopefully wont include any main characters from the film...its nice if its a story just set in the matrix.

Do ya think the ARG will end tomorow? Or it will go on till Matrix Online?

PS: There is no other recent to release Paranormal Movie... YES, this is about the Matrix.... Cool

I dont think it will end 2morrow...dont know if it will run to matrix online, somehow I doubt they have set its end date the same date that matrix online comes along, might be around that time, might not...but Id put my money on it NOT ending 2morrow (well for me...today, its the 5th! yay)

I don't see any hints in the movie effecting the game ... immediately. Since it's widely speculated this ARG is not official property, I'd be surprised to see this end tomorrow, or when TMO comes online. Like XTraVa, I would imagine there is no end date set. Just when we solve everything and figure out the objective of the game. Which could be awhile... *cough, Oct 1 paintover pic, cough*

However, I wouldn't be surprised to see the PMs use material from Revolutions in the ARG. But I don't expect it either. After all, I haven't seen anything directly from Reloaded either.

Remember folks, this is based on the property, not the details of the films...

*sigh, this is getting old...*
