YEEEEAH! *does a maniacal victory dance* My second 'first solve' of wave 4 and my first ever silver one! Wooooo!
Ahem, ok. Weeeeelll, I *do* deserve a bit of a joyous moment. I'll pop back with some nuggets very soon if people are still having trouble.

Congrats!
Can you confirm btw that there is a dark patch/blob (like the shape of a country) on this card but no tiny digits?
I'm referring to this discussion .
Thanks.

The digits are :
3-3333334433334-1
2-1222323-2
the blob is triangular in shape too.

Thanks!
Where were they located btw? And what was their orientation? Just curious. (I can't find them on the scan).

As you look at the scan up there, they are printed vertically in the extreme bottom right.
No probs!

Hey I got this card in my wave 4 packs today and notice something in the left hand silver border roughly in the middle... I know people often see random blobs in many of the card borders, especially silvers, but this one really does look like tiny tiny writing. Unforunately I don't have a good enough magnifying glass or microscope to have a proper look at it.
Just wondering if this is the same on other cards or whether its a cock up on mine

Right this is real small writing in the boader and says
"otpaaworldtdnia 1.56.29"
Congrates for noticing it Mattyjh !
I'm off to find more on other cards if any exist

Trying some things with the small print:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
otpaa could be "Oklahoma Third Party Administrator Act" which doesn't seem to be much, but the digits 1.56.29 when used as a US zip code point to a place named Vandergrift in Oklahoma. TDNIA is some sort of digital mobile phone standard.

I wonder whether the markings on this card are patterns of particular ocean currents?

It looks like shipping routes to me, but I can't match them up to anything. The purple/green lines being a short route and the orange/brown lines look like a round the world route.

Well done JayJay!
It's not an incredibly difficult card at all really... It looks lovely though, and its silver, and I'm numero uno, so that all makes for one very happy hippo.
The solve just depends on your thought processes and what you see when you look at the picture.
