i think lun A ven is french for mon-friday no parking from 19hrs to 7 am

the 'no parking every sixth hour of the day' pushed people towards 13:00...and i went for tht too...but most people were forgeting the first hour is 00:00 - 01:00 so the sixth hour of the day is 05:00-06:00
people were thinking 12:00pm was the second sixth hour of the day..including me..but its actually 11:00am

Well, if I park my car it's usually to leave it for some reason, so I (as a simian) would not be there and would not break the "no simians" rule. This as opposed to the rule stating that Friday parking is with monkeys only, which I'd assume means you'd have to leave one in the car (illegally).

The occur/incur thing does bug me, though. But only a little, the meaning is still clear.
