[Puzzle] Silver - #250 Manoeuvres Silver pixel set, 63 points.
Numbers at the top left are not connected with this card, they are part of a larger set (will post more later).
(small font) 4-332233333333332-1
(larger font, inverted) 1-343-2
Black mark next to sig looks like it could be a country in shape?
EDIT - reduced resolution to 60dpi as per rules.

Scan of card back Forgot to put this bit in.
(notice the cute rainbow effect my scanner has decided to add today)
The black splodges near the five of cups are really on the card.
From the names, there must be a corner of Bogaty Road and Bogaty Road?
EDIT - reduced resolution to 60dpi

Could this be chess ?
Some observations:
1) There are two sides.
2) There are two starting-point "rows" on each side. Just like in chess (one for pawns the other for higher value pieces).
3) All arrows originate from the top or the bottom. Never from the side.
4) Each color-number combination is unique on each side (with "number" I mean the number of points in at the end of an arrow) possibly identifying specific moves at certain moments.
5) The inner-arrows (their starting points that is) are only vertical. And there are (only) two lengths of them (one is twice as long as the other). Just like moves with pawns.
6) Diagonal arrows could represent moves by bishops.
7) Arrows with an edge could represent moves by knights.
There are probably more things that point to chess. But I think its pretty convincing.
[edit] In fact: All beginnings and endings of all arrows fit nicely with the positions on a chessboard. So this has to be about chess!
I have the feeling (at least) 3 different basic chessgame openings are described here. We just have to figure out which ones based on the colors and number of arrow-points I think.
But: "To what purpose?"
Regards,
arnezami
PS. e2-e4 is the most common opening in chess. followed by e7-e5 by black. And there are three colors (yellow, orange and light-purple) seemingly depicting EXACTLY these first moves... hmmmm..

If this is chess, wouild it be too easy to guess, "capture the king" "checkmate the king" or "kill the king"? Maybe this is easier than it looks?

Very nice idea. If right, then the answer would probably be:

checkmate

If it is chess, then maybe it's a famous game and you need to enter who played who?

Or perhaps we have to name the opening gambits and these names combine to pose some kind of question?

My guess is to find the name of the openings and anagram a question. Or maybe the first letter of each makes a word. It could have something to do with where they were introduced or when or by who... Either way, the openings I've found are:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Yellow = The Vienna Game (C25)
Orange = The Evans Gambit (C51)
Blue = The Nimzo-Indian Defence (E20)
Light Purple = The Giuoco Pianissimo (C50)
Green = The English Opening (A10)
Red = Santasiere's Folly (A06)
Dark Purple = English - Orang-Utan Variation??? (A15)

Changing the names of the colours and rearranging to an order that makes sense:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Red = S antasiere's Folly (A06)
Orange = The E vans Gambit (C51)
Yellow = The V ienna Game (C25)
Green = The E nglish Opening (A10)
Blue = The N imzo-Indian Defence (E20)
Indigo = The G iuoco Pianissimo (C50)
Violet = English - O rang-Utan Variation??? (A15)
Notice the letters I've bolded? No way that can be a coincidence, just a matter of what it means exactly...

Continuing on from the previous message

SEVENGO
The first thing to come to mind is
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"Fools Mate" in which 'mate' occurs on White's 4th move, or the 7th move of the game
Does this help?

Congratulations Austin !
Was it straightforward or was there some kind of deeper underlying answer here? Did you require the names of the openings?
