The numbers will help you. Do you have the time?

I'm trying to get up to speed having just registered for the site, but I'm having a little trouble figuring this out. Now I see where to enter the codes and how the fragment shows up in the "storage" area. I also see how you can lay out where the fragments belong in the overall sequence, and that you can "save" the sequence. I'm not sure what it means to "send" your sequence though. But anyways, what I don't get at all is the zoom feature. Zooming in to the "larger" and "largest" boxes does nothing for me at all. I can't figure out how to view the fragments. It just shows a large blank box with something kind of like static in it when I go to the "largest" view, and then sometimes upon returning to "normal" view it will delete the fragment I just put into storage. Can someone fill me in on the basics of operating this site?

Best resource I've seen for this question is at Lostpedia
Read the top section, then below the glyph section, and below the confirmation e-mail section, there is a section titled "Arrange Screen". Read that section.

hope this helps.
Keep in mind, the interface can be flaky. All of us lose the occasional clip, and have to re-login to get it back.
Remember to Save Sequence when you are done.

Thanks. I think I got it figured out now. Basically you have to drag a picture down to the timeline, then go to the middle (inspect) box, and then click on the picture.

I have another question...

I noticed that even when I hit "save sequence," when I later log-in it has all the glyphs back in the storage area with the sequence wiped out. How do you go straight to the sequence as you arranged it?

When you hit "save sequence," a URL which links to a video player for your sequence pops up. This is the only way to link directly the sequence you saved -- it's a crap shoot as to whether or not your sequence will be saved on the timeline the next time you log in.

OK. I didn't even think to save the link it gave me and lost my original order, but it's still early. I'd just hate to have to put it back after we have like 40 glyphs up there.

My general thinking on the order is that we don't even have any of the beginning of the overall film. I tend to think Rachel is going to say something first where she directs us to watch the orientation video. We do seem to have much of the orientation video already. Then I think the three Mittelwerk glyphs come into play a good while later. I'm betting we see more of Rachel after the orientation, and it almost looks like she may be behind a door filming Mittelwerk as he works on a commercial.

I got the impression that Mittlewerk was showing the orientation video to a group of people in that room - and Rachel is filming from behind some crates... she then pans out from the television on which the video was being played, to reveal Mittelwerk in the room.

To find it, look at the UK blog that was updated this morning.
The Other Girl tells you to visit the SlashMusic site, and search under R.
Where you can immediately find Rachel Blake's new band
and the glyph.

NOTE: the UK blog also talks about 2 more glyphs that haven't been released yet.
7ti, and RXMHJH9Y are both located in the USA & UK Lost Magazines, respectively. Rumor is that the US magazine will be available tomorrow.

I just updated the code list on the first page with the details of how to find the elusive "Catseye" code:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

Go to the home page for Lost on the AXN Asia TV network: http://www.axnasia.com/buzzsites/lost2/index.html [note: you may have to hyphenate 'axn-asia' to get the URL to work.]

At the bottom of that page, click on the shadowy computer terminal to load an "Enter the Numbers" game: http://www.axnasia.com/4_8_15_16_23_42_execute/

Enter the numbers at the countdown. You'll watch a preview of the Season 2 season finale. This will be spoilerly for non-US viewers!

Start the countdown again and enter the numbers a second time. You'll now watch one of the Mittelwerk commercials.

After the commercial, the glyph containing the code 4kvklaydm0 will appear along with the message "Log on to www.hansoexposed.com with this password now for clues to LOST's Mystery."

There was another code, given out on the lost podcast.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
vix7zxt97

Released and found in the same second:
16:13:42 EDT (20:13:42 GMT)
Confirmed by ervslf47 to be at minute 28 in the podcast.

I'm guessing it's this podcast dated July 31st.

SPOILER ALERT - Asia is ahead of both the UK and Australia. season ending spoilers are located at the following urls.
Also, the Speaker gave us a hint on where to find the elusive catseye glyph. He gave us the link to axn-asia, and the glyph was found in a little Lost Button game

This "game" (walkthrough?) is getting seriously boring. And Rachel Blake annoys the shit out of me. I hope Mittelwerk caps her stupid ass.
