Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The top Post Code (SW1A 2HN) is the Ministry of Defence [Scotland Yard]. I'm not sure about the bottom one but appears to be on "Mayflower Road" and of the other points, one appears to be over the "Ministry of Sound" and another the "Ministry of Fun", but I'm not 100% sure.

Also, the solve page asks for "First Name Only"?

Typhin, you're partly right and partly wrong:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The two postcodes are indeed Scotland Yard and Mayflower Road. But the rest have nothing to do with ministries.

I found Google Earth very helpful in solving this card.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Given that we have two reasonably accurate starting points, and distances from each, presumably there are only four possible real-life locations for the 0.36 edge. Finding the one of the right length will then give four nodes of the graph. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I'd say the distances are miles, since I think the circles are too small to intersect if you use km.

But what is it that was being instigated?

Is the postal code SW1A 2HN specificly London? Or is it just one of several London postal codes? What I mean is do we consider it London? or is it a area or place in London?

As with any post code in the UK it is a very specific street or part of a street. Only the first part of the post code "SW1A" would refer to a specific area within London. Since it is a full postcode it must be something much more specific than just an area.

Can I just ask, is the direction on the card right, do you go from left to right?
