If whoever is sending out the bots, notices that they're being noticed (Bots can usually send back information to their origin) then they'll just keep sending bots to the same places.

However, if they keep getting deleted before they're noticed, consistantly, They'll be sent elsewhere, where they ARE noticed.

Or at least that's the general idea.
