[EMAIL] No help from Klepsydra

Quote:
Dear Mr. Steele,

Although I understand that this must be an anxious time for you and
your family,
it is against Klepsydra's policy to disclose any information about
our patients
or our medical staff.

If your Uncle is indeed a patient in a Klepsydra facility, I would make the
suggestion that you ask either the person who brought it to your attention, or
your Uncle's family physician for further information.

I apologize for the frustration you must be feeling, but our
patients' care and
well-being must always come first here at Klepsydra. Our high level of success
depends, in part, on the trust development process - of which confidentiality
remains a key point.

Sincerely,

Grady Benson
Admissions Clerk

It was worth a shot.

Indeed it was. But it looks like we will have to wait until Phyllis and/or Iris join the story enough to let us e-mail them.

"Uncle's family physician"?
Sounds vageuly "dare-ish".
Who might we ask about getting a name?

I would say Phyllis, but that might be pushing it until we get to know her/she gets to know us - better. I have found Sarah Wyatt to be a good resource so far. She has been answering some tough questions that others might get too emotional over to answer.

*edit*

Than again, we may be creating our own red herring here. If we are meant to learn about J.D.'s illness then a definite contact will develope - either that male nurse at Greatwater can be out go between (if we ever get a definite contact point with him), or we will be introduced to a character who works there at the facility.

Old email to Klepsydra answered

I'm posting this in this thread because...well..it's still no help.
I sent this to staffSPLATklepsydra.net
Quote:
Date: Jun 21, 2006
Subject: Please forward to JD Willingham
Dear Mr. Willingham,
I am a stranger to you, but a friend of The Aglaura Public Library,
and Sarah Wyatt.

During this difficult time, please know, that you are not alone.
These are unusual times in Aglaura, as it seems a number of it's
citizens are haunted by strange nightmares....as I said, you are not
alone.

Please stay strong.
You and Mrs. Willingham are in my prayers.

Sincerely,
Drizabella Juniorini

Dear Ms. Juniorini,

I'm sorry but the email addresses to which you have written are for Klepsydra personnel and admissions enquiries only. If you have a friend or family member who is a patient at Klepsydra and also has email capabilities/benefits, please use the email address assigned to him/her.

Sincerely,

Grady Benson
Admissions Clerk

Just noteworthy for the last sentence; that some patients at Klepsydra have email capabilities/benefits and their own email address.
