This is reachable by navigating the new Oculus sigil. Clicking on the header image (with the funky "F" symbol) on most pages drops you to http://www.kriel.tv/allnew.html, where you can see a video which also shows the Oculus vision that lead to Faith.

I checked the Wayback Machine, and the site has been around since at least 2002. Hard to fake that, so I think this is one of those situations where TPTB are blending reality and fiction - finding a real person and making him part of the game's reality.
