Looking for a Team Hey, I'm flying down from Seattle for the event and I'm interested in finding some folks who have a team I can join up with... Let me know if you're interested!

Ok, so I am mildly illiterate.
The name is Pacific Coast Brewing Co.

Just a quick one to wish you all fun and games at the event and online, events back home mean that I'm not going to be able to make it on to heckle you all.
Find that k00b!

EDIT
Inappropriate post. Please have some courtesy for others who might not take the situation as lightly as yourself. -SG

I'll be at Endgame when the pre-game starts up and am in for dinner. See you all there.
Perplexhero, which airport are you flying into and where are you staying?

I'm staying about an hour away from SF, so I won't be there on Friday or Sunday, but I will be there all day Saturday.
Any idea what the team situations are yet?
PS: Thank God I'm driving (and yes that means I'll have my car Saturday too)

I'll be flying in to Oakland tonight for a long weekend. I'll try to catch the end of the EndGame pre-event. I'll be staying at Fisherman's Wharf Hyatt, not super far from the start location.

No clue what team situations are, but I'm starting to get the impression that perhaps we should start coordinating.
Is there a thread on this, yet?

This is it, silverkun. Apparently all we can coordinate is dinner on Friday. But maybe enough people will show for that so you can make your team(s). Or maybe you need to be pinging your local LCP or ILB compadres.

Re: [EVENT] San Francisco - Event Planning, Info, and Partie Okay, so I'm slow, but I finally found the right thread. I will be driving up from Los Angeles and arriving ridiculously late Friday night, so I doubt I'll see anyone before the event on Saturday, but I'm there!
(Unless I get lost.)

Re: [EVENT] San Francisco - Event Planning, Info, and Partie A few things:
This will not be obvious for those out of the area, so for people flying into OAK and intending to use BART:
http://bart.gov/guide/airport/oak.asp
There is a shuttle that goes from OAK to the Coliseum BART station. It costs 2.00. Do NOT get a 20.00 BART ticket and give it to the shuttle, because you will NOT get it back. I suggest getting two single dollar bills and using those in the dollar bill reader at the front of the bus.
Second:
Shadow, if you get lost, call me.

Some Updates A question was asked in #syzygy whether Pacific Coast Brewing was a 21 and up establishment. It is not (just don't try to buy a beer).
Regarding Saturday Morning, ouroborous is planning to go to the House of Chicken 'n Waffles (not affiliated with Roscoe's) in Jack London Square for breakfast. (at 8:00 or so?) I think that will be a little too close/too heavy for me (though that was the breakfast of choice before the LCP final event).
As I don't know the area around the Palace, I hesitate to suggest an area to meet beforehand. I imagine there is some sort of outer entry area where we could all meet at 10:00 to 10:30 am. There may also be places to eat breakfast around there for those spending the night in SF instead of Oakland. I just don't know where those places might be.
I can't wait to see everyone!

OK, dinner tonight - we failed to set a time.
7 PM? (as that is my 10PM I will be hungry).
I hope we don't need to warn the restaurant. I am also up for breakfast,
but I also feel like a promised to get to the Palace by 9:30 and am worried about parking
. So I am all for 8 AM at House of Chicken etc.
EDIT: I see the emergency briefing is set for 11AM. So I think breakfast at 8AM and me aiming to be onsite by 10AM (maybe earlier).
Endgame is running their thing until 9PM. I plan to get there between 6 and 7 and perhaps dinner at 8 PM at Pacific Coast Brewing?
And I guess Saturday evening we may play by ear...
I am thinking about SUnday brunch in Sausalito...
