 		with the help of drizjr, we were able to solve this
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

blades.html contains a bunch of quotes from different movies
and each has a conspicuous number next to it.
the number represents the position of the letter of the movie title from which the corresponding quotes come from
it comes out to jaskfcoedaps which anagrams to jack of spades

 		Just followed the trail, and discovered that there's more to it.

Firstly, the solve for http://www.misstheground.com/6mos/kingofsuits.html
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
blades.html leads to a Jack of Spades (JS)
joyous.html is meant to give you a 7 of Diamonds (7D)
diva.html, once solved, gives you 5 and 5 maces. That's 10 Clubs (10C)
matrix.html leads to a 9 of Clubs (9C)
and I001.html hides an 8 of Hearts (8H)

Enter those in the right order, and you get

I just scanned thru all of the posts in this thread, and I didn't see that particular page url posted anywhere (here, in this forum) either.

For reference, this post did mention finding some of the urls thru a backdoor, but your final page wasn't listed. Perhaps our guest was thinking of a conversation or post from another forum?

A "genuine" trout is supposed to contain a link to where the information can be found previously posted. And it should only include a single trout icon, to be polite. Therefore, I declare those fish to be null and void.

when i saw this it reminded me of
