[SPEC] Lights Beyond The Fence

Last night while helping with the hunt for Meaghan, I was assigned to Group 2. Which was made up of the following:

Miles Kostenko works for Marzent as an Architect, group leader, voted Yea.

Cecillia Sampson works for Marzent's Planning Division, voted Yea.

Kathy Bucher works for Town of Aglaura, Zoning/Building Inspector, voted Nay.

Well anyway, at around 11:45 pm I got this AIM message from Miles:
Quote:
Sylvia,

Seems we are way off the track for those signals, but we did come across something very interesting out here. We are now at e10 (I think) and we are looking into a fenced in area. I say looking in even though it's dark, because there are lights in there.

What the heck is out here this far?

And then at 12:08 am got this:
Quote:
We are at f10 and moving towards the lights by skirting the fence's perimeter.

I'll let you know what we find.

And, finally at 12:43 am got this:
Quote:
OK, we are on our way. The lights just went out anyway, so I'm not sure we'd even be able to find it now.

Thanks for your help and I'll report back in when we get close to his position.

It may not mean a thing, but just in case I sent an AIM to all three of them asking for more info. And set up this space for anything I might learn from this.

If and when they reply and if it's anything important, I'll fix a better post for it.

Here is a map of the location or go here for a larger view.

You might want to send this information to Bruce. It could help him in his investigation into Marzent and the strange things he's finding.

Your right Sandra, I was thinking about sending it to both Dale and Bruce.

But first I thought I would let things calm down a little after what has happened for the last two nights and see what Miles, Cecillia and/or Kathy have to say before I email Dale or Bruce.

Or do you think I should do it asap. ( Help Please)

Seems to me we should leave those four alone for awhile. I'm sure when they (Dale/Bruce) are ready to let us know what went on they'll tell us. If we don't hear by Friday maybe a short note asking about Meaghan's welfare would be appropriate - with a "What the *blip* happened and how did she get out there?" tossed in. Smile

Okay, it turns out that this is important. It made the Aglaura news.

But I don't think I need to inform Dale or Bruce now because they already know.

Locals Baffled by Lights in the Woods

Locals who were in the woods on Monday night searching for Meaghan Sprague found something else they didn't expect: fenced-in areas and lights. Bruce Abbott, spokesman for Marzent, explained, "There are many old caves and sinkholes in the woods, and Marzent has fenced those areas off in order to keep people from stumbling into them and injuring themselves... [T]he lights seen the other night were almost certainly people seeing the other search parties and other individuals out looking in the woods."

It seems to me that Bruce offered a poor excuse... It's obvious that Marzent has something to hide...

We know that one of the circles in the 307 map is The Hole... could the other circles be holes as well? could all of them be related to the 'anormality' mentioned in the reports Bruce found?

Hi Sylvia, and thanks for a wonderful job well done! I don't think we could have accomplished much without you guys. I imagine Meaghan and her mother are resting comfortably at home, I'm sure they could use it.

As far as what we saw last night with the lights, it wasn't much more than that. We saw them in the distance just beyond a fence and were looking for a way to get around and get closer when the call came to go to where Diana and Meaghan were found, so we never did get a good look.

Thanks again Sylvia, I'm sure the Spragues are overwhelmed with gratitude![/

Kathy,
I was the online contact that worked with your group last night during the hunt for Meaghan and Diana. How are they doing?
Oh, and I was wondering if you could tell me more about what you guys saw out there with the fence and the lights.
Much Appreciated
Sylvia

Okay, so that's all we are getting from Kathy.
But in light of the newest theories:

I wonder if this was actually a mistake or did they actually quantum leap and didn't even know it.

11:02 pm to and from Miles

OK, thanks a lot - we are headed southwest.

Right now we are at D15 with no connection to the cell we are looking for at all.

Original Message from Sylvia Fee:
Group 3 is now at E15 with a 30% signal. That is south west of your location.

I'm sorry, I got my location wrong. It's c10, I had the damn map backwards I think.

Architects. sheesh.

And Cecillia says:

Quote:
Hi Sylvia! What a great conclusion huh? We certainly couldn't have done it without you guys though!
We tried to get closer to the lights we saw, thinking maybe they were important somehow, maybe Diana, but there was this fence that we had to navigate around and by the time we had made even a little progress the call came in that we were to go to the area where Meaghan and Diana Sprague were found. So no big deal I guess, they must have been other searchers.

Yeah she's fine. Her and her mother are at home safe and sound, probably resting up. We saw those lights a little ways off in the distance, it looked like they were on the other side of a fence, so we decided to look for a way to get closer when we got the call to go to where they found Meaghan and her mother, so we never did get a good look.

Thanks again for all your team's help Sylvia! It was invaluable!
