Being new to this I have a question about game dynamics in regards to the puzzles.

Is a game "developing" all the time dependant on what the players come up with or find along the way? Are new puzzles sometimes implemented or ratified because a player reads into something or stumbles accross an item that wasn't intended in the original game outline?

And can the same be said for the plot itself?

Or is everything pretty much set in stone from the get go?

Brooke, not sure if this is the right place for this question....feel free to move it.

The games are ever evolving. Depending on what/when the players solve (or don't solve!) I've never PM'd a game but from interviews I've read after games have finnished, it almost seems they work harder creating and changing puzzles and storylines AFTER the game starts than durring the planning stages. I still can't figure out how the Change Agents PM did it all by himself!
