[UPDATE][PUZZLE][SOLVED] Necessity never made a good bargain

Today's puzzle.

30x30 block

If you copy all these images into a word document (like the one attached), thus eliminating the blank rows Lyn added, they make a 30 x 30 square with a red line around it. You can see one row has the line across the top and one has it across the bottom. The rest have it on both sides. So, it's just a matter of putting the rows in the right order.

Any ideas on how to figure out the order?
