What catches my eye is that on the larger paragraphs some letters appear before the others...

I've been trying to catch a screen shot but they seem to fade in gradually.

Perhaps there's a message here?

Then again, we ended up thinking that about the poem, too, so.

Umm. Maybe I've missed something here, but wouldn't it be safe to assume that this is by Aiko, too? Or at least that she very much knows about it, and possibly helped put it up to give us clues for someone else?

The larger paragraphs: I doubt there's anything there, the letters fade in too quickly to see anything, unfortunately. I tried getting something, but to no avail.

My interpretation of this is that it is "Combed Thunderclap" (or whoever wrote the message on the cards) that wrote this message. The bit with the yellow cars is meant to represent them having travelled to earth and believed they were dreaming until they felt the pain.

The only trouble is I can't work out how it would have appeared on the academy site or anything, to me it definitely sounds like someone who has travelled somewhere new, thought it was a dream and then suddenly woken up to the fact it isn't a dream but a different world.

Typhin went through the actual Flash file, and it appears that there's nothing out of the ordinary, no hidden section like there is on The Silver City.

If this is the person who left the 'combed thunderclap' message, then if we take them at their word it's also the person who stole the cube. The tone of this is so interesting, and it does seem to fit with the message on the cards, the plea for help.

Hmm, this begs the questions - *if* someone made it to Earth (presumably, as the prime-number message says, with the cube) then:

1) How did they post the flash file?

2) How did they (assuming it's the same person) inject extra stuff on all the cards, up to and including the wave 4 release?

3) Where are they now?

AFAICS, there are a few possible explanations:

1) They sent the cube here, but never actually arrived on Earth themselves, and the flash file is just "artistic interpretation".

2) They arrived on Earth, hid the cube, are still here, but are able to access the link in order to carry out steps 1 and 2 above.

3) They arrived on Earth, hid the cube, and then went back to PXC. This would imply either a stable wormhole (stable enough for here and back, anyway), or that this person knows how to reverse the process.

Does anyone fancy transposing the text from the flash file? Might be helpful, rather than having to play it every time to read it...

Edit: Added bold letters for those that appear first (I think I have got most of them right but PM me if you see any discrepancies and I will amend). This may be a banana but it seems weird some letters appear before others. Nothing jumps out immediately but I haven't tried anagramming yet

On the graphicy front, I greyed out the white bits to separate the coloured* blobs. They seem to take a very regular pattern - squares, in a grid shape.

Here's a link to it, rather than taking up space here.

Can't decide if this is an effect of the graphics process, or deliberate. If the latter, maybe they're highlighted squares on a map? (like Google map squares...) Also, some people have suggested that the eye shape is being looked out of (like waking up), so maybe this suggests a view of something - stars?

* The coloured blobs come from the contrasting process - doesn't seem to be much red in them at all. I guess this is just a coincidence, rather than the colours actually meaning something.

BTW (can you tell I'm supposed to be working ) has anyone tried looking at the shape(s) the letters in bold form or something? Maybe it's more graphical than anagrams and stuff...

(Personally, I'm not sure there's anything in it, but hey.)
