[Clue?] Katgirl => Wongmo.

Embarassed

If you loginto Metadex with Katgirl's credentials.
Then go to Bio
Then click on Photgraphy
Notice Halifax @ Night.

Then if you goto Wongmo
Then goto Student Showcase
The same (or very similar) building can be seen.

Has a link between Katgirl/Wongmo been established?
Is there a link or is it back to the old stock photos?

I'm sorry if I'm coming across totally newbie.

Errrm, I went to back track to get the photo link, and hit some problems.

Every time you click on KatGirl's bio page, the photography link takes you somewhere different.

http://andrew.webitecture.org/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=8

http://www.miotke.com/gallery/dynoGall2.asp?catID=497

http://www.constantreader.org/gallery2.html

http://picture-poems.com/week2/picturepage.html

http://www.kobotica.com/online/fotodiary/usa/countryside/

Some of the pictures have 'No Tresspassing' signs in them and some of the pages have scary huts like on CascadeVortex.

The page I am talking about is this one:

http://www.pbase.com/shaun/farm_life (Halifax@Night)

which looks like this one:

http://www.wongmo.org/images/art6thumb.jpg

But I'm not sure now, what with the random links. The links seem to be associated with the quote shown in her bio, but not directly (i.e. the quote is NOT from the photographer's page.) Possibly a clue, possibly a dead end.

The pictures are similar, but that's about it. I think it's probably just coincidence.

Kat has links to different photo sites presumably because she's interested in photography...

However, obviously one clue to her password was the "no trespassing" photo, so there may be other clues in those photo links.

there are 6 links in total. each site will have somewhere a picture saying "notrespassing" which of course is her password...this has been discussed lots before, just have to refresh and try to find the right site.

Okay. This ARG'ing is hard to come into so far in... It's like coming into a room where people are doing a jigsaw. Which piles of pieces haven't been touched, which have been tried to death.

If only there was a checklist of puzzles found but not solved. I'm aware that there are lots of [puzzle] threads within the main [puzzle] thread, but do you know how hard they are to read when they contain so much supposing.

All the unsolved puzzle lists I've seen so far are all out of date...

Am I missing some major tool or should I have been here earlier?

I can't help feeling I have to get up a break-neck (or is that break-mind?) pace just to catch up! Which is a shame because I love puzzles.
