In case anyone is interested:

When I placed my order last week at Potomac, they were NOT selling pure wave 4 boxes any longer. But they were selling a "repackaged" box of 18-pure-wave-4 packs + 18-wave-1-through-3 packs.

I bought 3 of these boxes ($108 each). There were exactly 18 and 18 just as they promised. The pure-wave-4 packs have the pinkish color.

Box #1 - Wave 123 : 2 silver, 5 black
Box #1 - Wave 4 : 4 silver, 2 black
Box #2 - Wave 123 : 2 silver 7 black
Box #2 - Wave 4 : 5 silver, 0 black
Box #3 - Wave 123 : 2 silver, 6 black
Box #3 - Wave 4 : 6 silver, 0 black

So anyway, I guess I lucked out since the _perception_ is that silvers are more valuable than black... but I received a FULL SET of wave 4 silvers and am missing 7 wave 4 blacks. I think I'll trade with friends and then sell what I have left on ebay to purchase the singles I am missing now.
