[QUESTION] Have you called David lately?

David's voicemail message has changed as compared to the mp3 found here. My apologies if this has been reported already.

changed vmail

It has just become a generic greeting. (paraphrasing) Hey you've reached Dave Regenhardt in HR. Sorry I can't take your call. Leave me your name and number and I'll give you a call.

Is someone able to record this for archiving/transcribing? It sounds like there is music/noise in the background now.

Has anyone ever tried countless 'access codes' until you are hung up on?

Not that I have ever tried that....

I was thinking that I would leave my name and number and a metacortex id number to see if I would get a call back with a message on my phone about a password of some sort, but since he's changed the message, that scraps that plan.

I feel so devious.

I blocked my number from caller identification and called Ormond's number to get a good sampling of his voice. I spent a couple minutes going over the recording and trying to match the way he talked as best as possible.

I then called David requesting the information for "my login" as Ormond, claiming that the information was misplaced "again". I made the call from a cel-phone and strateicly placed myself so that I got relatively poor reception giving a bit of static, except when I read off Ormond's ID number. Now, if it all works like I figure it -might- have, I may get a call back with a password.

A bit unlikely, logically, but worth a shot regardless.
