Strange,
I thought I had the same prob, but the first one I used was Hotmail, received one e-mail there, then changed to Yahoo and got one their as well!!

Here is my image file (couldnt get it to upload to photobucket for some reason so its an attatchment).

As I suspected its one already seen - the text is :

Was using Hotmail and received the mail from JohnQ. Nothing else.
Have switched address to yahoo to see if that helps.

see the problem is they're emailing an invalid jpg. The spam filters are seeing it as a jpg, it shuld be a jpg, but it's not valid, because the embedded text is breaking it up. That should be why so many tightly controlled email providers are having a problem with it.

This is a puzzle that the PMs will have to work through.
Had the same problem with the wiki - it won't allow uploading of those jpgs as images, because they're not valid jpgs. Had to make it think they were text files rather than jpeg; which makes sense.

Problem is, we can't change email provider's file attachment checking procedures, nor how the PMs send out the emails. So all we can do is wait to find out how the PMs work around this trixie little issue. :

I had this problem with Regenesis season 2, so I gave them my non-yahoo email and started getting the mission emails. I just now gave Landa-Systems that email address as well. I hope they're reputable and don't share it. And I hope they resend the extraction email.

If the image/code you recieved isn't in the list on that page, then definitely post it in this thread (code, image, and text) so it can be added to the list!

can we get a confirmation on exactly what email accounts are accepting these messages? I cant seem to get one. Gmail is not working definatly. what is working?
